Lottie's Story

Lottie has a lotta love!

I don't know what's cuter, her tail in a little curl on her back or when it whips back and forth when you talk to her....or look at her....or are just thinking about her (because she knows!). She's a pretty chill girl but gets so excited about sharing some love. When she gets pets and belly rubs, she'll wrap her little front legs around your arm for a cute hug.

This friendly, quiet girl likes the comforts of home and is building up to longer walks on leash as she gets used to new surroundings. She has thoroughly scoped out the fenced-in back yard and prances and runs around like that is her land. She'd do wonderful in a loving home where she can feel safe to bloom.

Lottie is tolerant of the cat and has been respectful to the calm, older dog. She hasn't met any kids yet, but I expect she would be ok with them.

Lottie could be your new best friend, all she has to do is meet you!

Lottie is estimated to be 3 years old and 28 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.

If you are interested in meeting this dog please complete the adoption application on our website at https://safehandsrescue.org/adoption-process/ and then we can contact you about setting up a meeting.

We are also holding the following upcoming adoption events!

Please note: All dogs/puppies will not be at every event, and some may find their home prior to the event. If you are interested in a specific animal, please check our Facebook page for confirmed attendance the morning of the event: https://www.facebook.com/safehandsrescue/
You do not need to have a Facebook account to check the Safe Hands Facebook page for attendance. We hope to see you at an upcoming Meet & Greet!

Saturday, May 2, 1:30-3:30pm, Insight Brewing, 2821 E. Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, https://www.facebook.com/events/1975474979710449
