Loona's Story

Loona is around a year and a half now, Loona has been in the shelter since August of 2024. Loona loves people but can be a little skittish of certain men. Loona needs a little work on not jumping on people and walking on a leash the shelter staff has made progress but she still gets very excited with new people. Loona loves kids of all ages and will roll on her back to be petted or just lean her body on there side. Loona's favorite things are to play fetch with any toy you have and taking a dip in the swimming pool. Loona does well with most dogs thru a proper introduction she would love to have a friend that can keep up with her while playing. Loona rides amazing in the car every time on of our volunteers takes her out for the day. <br/><br/>If you are interested in Loona please contact Sandoval County animal services!
