Lolly's Story

Lolly is the perfect squatty sweet house buddy. She is some type of bulldog/bully mix and is a low rider at 30 lbs of cuteness.

Lolly is the result of irresponsible breeding that has led to her being imperfectly perfect. She's a bit lopsided, and while I think she's the cutest wonky girl, she will likely have issues with her joints as she ages. Right now, she runs and plays and does not appear to be in any pain. She loves people and is so fun to be greeted by at the end of a long day. She is mostly dog neutral, doesn't go out of her way to play with others but also doesn't get mad if they come play with her. She is still working on potty training, but she will go on puppy pads if they're convenient to her. She had bad ear infections when she was rescued, and though they have been treated it's something an adopter will need to continue to watch for. She is estimated about 4-5 years old, Heartworm negative, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and will be spayed Monday.

Lolly is currently located in Houston, TX, but as always we adopt out of state on a case by case basis. Caitie's Foster Fam's Adoption Policy
• Potential adopters are required to submit an adoption application and be approved before they can physically meet a foster dog. All pets in the home must be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered (medical exceptions must be communicated). We require an application, virtual home visit, personal/vet references, meet and greet, and $350 adoption fee. • Suitable applicants may be contacted for additional screening. • Once approved, meet and greets with the foster dog and foster parents will be scheduled with qualified applicants. • The adopter pays adoption fees and signs an adoption contract. Foster dogs cannot go to a potential adopter’s home until the fee and contract are received. Foster dog then goes to its new forever home.
