Lolita's Story

Long-Term Foster Needed for Lolita

Some dogs need a second chance. Others need someone willing to help them believe in one. Meet Lolita. This sweet girl is estimated to be 4–6 years old and is a beautiful Bulldog mix who is looking for a long-term foster—or foster-to-adopt family—to help her write the next chapter of her story.

From the moment you meet Lolita, it's impossible not to root for her. She's incredibly sweet, but it's easy to see that life has left her a little unsure of the world. She's timid. She's gentle. She's still learning that she's safe. And she's looking for someone willing to show her that the best days of her life are still ahead.

About Lolita:

Female Bulldog mix

Approximately 4–6 years old

Previously lived with multiple other dogs

Sweet and gentle

Timid, but eager to learn

Looking for a long-term foster or foster-to-adopt home

Lolita doesn't need someone who's expecting a perfect dog on day one. She needs someone who understands that healing takes time. Someone who celebrates the little victories. The first tail wag. The first time she asks for a cuddle. The first time she realizes she doesn't have to be afraid anymore. Those moments are what rescue is all about.

We're looking for a family that can help us nurse Lolita back to health (mentally and physically), continue building her confidence, and show her what it means to be loved unconditionally. The most rewarding part? You'll get to watch her transformation happen right before your eyes. There's nothing quite like watching a shy dog realize they're finally home.

Rover's Do Over provides veterinary care, food, supplies, and support every step of the way.

You provide the patience, love, and safe place where Lolita can finally begin to heal. Together, we can give her the fresh start she deserves.

**Apply to foster:**

www.roversdoover.com/foster

**Interested in fostering with the intention to adopt? Rover's Do Over's Adoption Policy
Every animal in our care is unique and special! We strive to ensure that the animal you are considering is not only a perfect match for them, but also for you and your loved ones. Adoption applications are processed in the order they are received. All of our adoptable animals have received age-appropriate vaccines, been microchipped, and are spayed/neutered. The adoption fees contribute towards covering these necessary expenses. If a dog has not been neutered/spayed due to its age, arrangements will be addressed during the adoption process. Every dog is accompanied by a rehoming contract, and if any circumstances change, the dog must be returned to RDO. We are committed to providing lifelong support to our dogs and their families, ensuring they receive the care & assistance they need. Once you’ve chosen the dog you’d like to adopt, please fill out the adoption application below or email us at roversdoover@gmail.com for an adoption counselor to contact you. Adoption counseling is available to ensure a successful adoption.
