Meet Lola! Lola is an adorable terrier mix who weighs about 20 pounds and who epitomizes the phrase “man/woman’s best friend.” We believe she is about 3yo. Lola was found as a stray and such is a bit skittish, but is becoming braver in new situations every day. Her main interests are exploring new settings, cuddling, hanging out, and having companionship. She is looking for a forever home who would be willing to continue working with her to help her understand the joys of living in a safe and secure environment. She is discerning and hesitant at first but warms up easily once she trusts you. Given our unfamiliarity with her past history, Lola may be best suited as an only dog, but she is a dog that is going to make an individual or a family, a fantastic pet. You cannot find a sweeter girl. She does have some separation anxiety, seems to be working through this steadily every day she’s been in her new foster home. She is approximately 10 inches tall with a long little body. She is completely housebroken, and loves being outside in a fenced yard, where she exhibits intelligence and a curiosity for all sights, sounds and smells. She is also a fantastic napper.
