Lola's Story
Lola, was confiscated from her owner on cruelty charges. She was quite skinny and neglected and in a high kill shelter. She also tested heartworm positive from the lack of preventative not to mention the lack of food. Guessing she is five yrs. old and was only 38 lbs. at intake and just as sweet as she can be. With her heartworm treatment behind her and lots of good food, she has blossomed into the beautiful lady she should be with love and attention, and has gained a few pounds.<br/><br/>Lola has not been allowed to mix with other dogs, but her temperament shows that she will be fine with proper introductions. She does know the basic commands and has patience which hopefully will be shared with her new family just out there waiting for her.
