Loki's Story

This handsome young gentleman is Loki. He is a funny, energetic boy who's still a puppy at heart. His floppy ears are just the cutest. He's everyone's instant best buddy and sometimes forgets how big he is. He'll never turn down a game of fetch or an opportunity to give you his big puppy eyes with his chin on your knee. Loki is crate trained and is incredibly smart. He is eager to please, and loves learning and meeting new people.

Loki has has been through a lot of stressful changes in a short time. We know that he was rehomed out of state and did not end up in the best of hands. He came to us as a lost and roaming stray. Looking for help, he found refuge in his current foster parents' home. Initially, he was sneaking into their yard and hiding there at night. The concerned homeowners wanted to help him and started leaving food and water and gaining his trust. A smart guy, he sensed good people who would help him. Luckily they have been able to love and foster Loki and prepare him to find his forever home.

Loki is now ready to begin this search and meet you! He would thrive with a young, active family, with a yard to run around in, lots of walks and games of fetch.

**Available for adoption in the greater Austin, Texas, area only.**
