Loki

This is Loki. Hes a five year old basset hound who weighs around 50lbs. Hes a shy boy who is learning to trust and come out of his shell, but he is sweet as pie.

So far, Loki has been wonderful with children, adults, other dogs, as well as cats, birds, and even horses. He has no resource guarding tendencies and hes very well-mannered.

He is crate trained, but isnt being crated in his current foster home. He is also house trained and rides great in a car. Hes neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and heartworm negative.

Loki would be best in a home with a fenced yard. This is because he spent his life in a home where he was able to free-roam in gated space. Hes timid and sometimes his instinct is to run. He would be safer in a place where he didnt need to be leashed up and walked multiple times a day just to use the bathroom.

One he warms up hes a playful, sweet, and cuddly boy. Having other dogs around is a play, and helps with his confidence. Loki would truly thrive in a home where his humans are around often.

If Loki seems like a good fit for your family, please fill out an adoption questionnaire at the link below. #ahrfloki

AllHoundRescue.org/adopt
