Loki's Story
Hi, I’m Loki!

I’m an 8-month-old Pyrenees/Shepherd mix (that’s our best guess). My mama was a Great Pyrenees, and The Pittie Project PNW actually cared for her and my sister too before they found their homes — so they know my family well. I originally came from Oklahoma and now I’m looking for the right forever home here.

I’ve got a big body, a big brain, and big puppy energy. I’m incredibly smart, sensitive, and eager to learn — I just need the right person to help guide me and show me how to channel all of that into being my best self.

I’m still learning how to regulate my excitement and stay neutral in new environments. Because of that, I’m looking for a confident leader who can provide clear structure, consistency, and boundaries. I thrive when expectations are clear and someone is willing to guide me through new experiences instead of letting me figure things out on my own.

I’m wonderful with people, including kids, but because I’m young, large, and still learning body awareness and impulse control, I’ll do best in a home committed to continuing my training and helping me build calm, thoughtful habits.

I’m a working-breed type of dog, which means I love direction, purpose, and engagement with my person. With the right leadership, I’m going to grow into an incredibly loyal, steady, and connected companion. The team here sees so much potential in me — I just need someone excited to help me reach it.

If you’re ready to provide guidance, structure, and clear leadership, I’m ready to meet you.

Apply to adopt me at www.thepittieprojectpnw.org/apply
