Lois's Story

Lois is a very sweet girl, who loves nothing more than to play and be with you! She is is full of cuddles, play and love once she gets to know you!!!<br/><br/>She was adopted and returned a few months later for insecure behaviors (uncomfortable around new people, some defensiveness around new dogs, and mild resource guarding of her persons lap). Back in foster, she has done incredibly well with all other dogs if every shape and size, has been extremely social and happy at adoption events with lots of strangers interacting with her, and she has not shown any resource guarding in her foster home.<br/><br/>SHe has leash basics and is doing great with crate training. <br/>She is guessed to be a poodle terrier mix, but who really knows!<br/>She is likely to stay under 25lbs, but that is just an educated guess!<br/><br/>Since she is just a youngster still, approximately a year old now, do she will need a family with time, patience and willingness to work with puppy training to help her gain some confidence and skills needed to become the best canine citizen she can be! <br/><br/>To meet her, apply here:<br/><br/>https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/KOTR/Dog
