She was found as a stray and spent quite some time waiting in the shelter before one of our incredible fosters stepped up and gave her the chance she desperately needed.<br/>We say it all the time, but fosters truly save lives. Without them, dogs like Lizzie would still be sitting behind shelter doors waiting and hoping someone notices them.
