Meet Little Boy! <br/><br/>Little Boy is a 7.5 pound male chihuahua estimated to be between 1-2 years of age on the search for his forever home. Not much is known of Little Boy’s past other than that he was scared and alone on the streets before some kind folks were able to catch him and bring him into foster. <br/><br/>Little Boy still has great puppy energy but also loves to chill and cuddle. He loves to play fetch. He's not much of a barker, loves his toys, walks well on a leash and travels well in his crate. He's had interactions with other dogs and seems to be good as long as they're respectful. He has not been cat or children tested. Little Boy appears to be housebroken and crate trained.<br/><br/>There has been a small amount of resource guarding of his crate and barking when his foster mother enters his space. Given the nature of his foster’s current dogs, his foster family is not able to interact with him as much as they would like. He does not exhibit this behavior with his foster dad, who is able to spend much more time with him. Once he is separated from the space the guarding behavior immediately stops and he is easily handelable. His foster parents believe this behavior will be easily correctable once he is in his forever home and has a consistent caregiver showing him love and safety on a daily basis.<br/><br/>Little Boy is up to date on his vaccines and heartworm negative. He is scheduled to be neutered at the end of the month. He's got the most adorable underbite so sometimes his lip gets stuck on his teeth. <br/><br/>Little Boy’s adoption donation is $300. <br/><br/>If you are interested in the above dog, please do not email us and tell us that you are interested, but submit an adoption application. They must also be up-to-date on shots and on HW preventative.<br/><br/>Reference checks and a home visit are required so SE dogs can only be adopted in NC/SC, VA, TN, AL, MD and GA.
