Suddenly finding herself in a shelter was a huge change, but this resilient little girl has been a trooper! She was understandably overwhelmed at first, but she has warmed up beautifully and is now showing everyone what a loving companion she can be. She has even had a trip to the groomer and is looking absolutely adorable!<br/><br/>Lisa is reportedly potty trained and crate trained. Her previous family said she was uncomfortable around young children, so a home with kids age 10 and older would be best. She was also reported to prefer being the only dog, particularly because larger dogs make her uncomfortable. She may be compatible with smaller dogs.<br/><br/>Lisa has been through a lot of change, and what she wants now is simple: a loving person or family who will give her time to settle in and then enjoy all the affection this precious little girl has to give.
