Lisa's Story

Lisa was one of 16 Poodles that were dumped in a park in Palmdale in horrific condition. Fortunately they all pretty much stayed together in that area until animal reg got there to pick them all up. Surprisingly they were all pretty friendly although of course a little shy. The shelter called in a groomer who shaved them all down so please realize that their beautiful nonshedding coat will grow back. We took in four of the 16 poodles and Lisa is the friendliest of them. She's very loving and gentle and soaks up any attention she gets. Lisa is playful and loves to romp around and she even gives soft doggie kisses! She's smart and curious and is already housebroken and crate trained. Everything is new to her but she is not afraid to explore. Considering she's never been on a leash she's gotten the hang of it quickly however loud noises will spook her. Lisa is great with other dogs which isn't a surprise considering her background. Watching her personality blossom will be one of the most rewarding experiences you'll ever have.
