Liora's Story
Meet Liora! DOB 2/17/23
Liora is a sweet Beagle with all the classic Beagle charm! Shes loyal, affectionate, curious, and smart—and she absolutely loves being around her people. She gets along wonderfully with the dogs in her foster home and is an excellent kennel girl. Shes also already learning that potty time belongs outside!
Lioras favorite things include snuggling, tormenting squirrels, and tasty treats. And fair warning: shes a professional space invader! Personal space is simply not her love language.
Liora would thrive in a home with plenty of love, attention, and—most importantly—lots of laps to snuggle in. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate Beagle who wants to be your constant companion, Liora may be your girl!

Liora was rescued by a caring neighbor from a very bad situation. She was left outside, 24/7 without anything except slimy green water. Liora does need a secure fence and she LOVES kids.

Please visit www.handsheartspaws.org for an adoption application

All of our dogs are current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, fecal tested, heartworm tested, and they are all on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

The adoption process is an application, a vet reference, a home visit, and a lifetime contract. The requested adoption donation for this dog is $400___.

We do not REQUIRE a fenced in yard (some dogs DO REQUIRE a fence. Decide what is best for each dog), we do REQUIRE a means of safe outside containment. We do NOT adopt to homes that use invisible fencing. Invisible fencing is NOT a safe means of outside containment.

We are willing to adopt out-of-state, contingent on our ability to complete a home visit, but you must travel to Omaha to complete the adoption. We do not transport or ship our dogs
