Meet Charlie Brown & Linus <br/><br/>Two brothers with a heartbreaking past… and a hopeful future.<br/><br/>Charlie Brown and Linus are two puppy brothers whose lives started in a way no dog ever should. They came to us from South Carolina after our friends at Friends of Carolina Animals reached out about an urgent and devastating situation—two very sick puppies living their entire lives on chains, suffering in silence and in desperate need of help.<br/><br/>Without hesitation, we said yes.<br/><br/>Thanks to an incredible team effort, Charlie Brown and Linus were rushed straight to a veterinary hospital where they received life-saving care. They were extremely ill and heavily infested with parasites, and for a while, it was touch and go. But these boys fought hard. Day by day, with medical care, proper nutrition, and something they’d never known before—kindness—they began to heal.<br/><br/>Fast forward about a month later, and these once-forgotten puppies are almost unrecognizable.<br/><br/>Now safe in foster care, Charlie Brown and Linus have come so incredibly far. They’re learning the ropes of being loved pups—working on potty training and crate training, discovering toys, soft beds, and the comfort of human companionship. They do wonderfully with children and other dogs, and would likely do well with cats with slow, proper introductions.<br/><br/>Today, both boys are fully vetted and ready for adoption.<br/><br/>They were born into neglect, pain, and confinement—but that is not how their story ends.
