Linde's Story

Looking for a dog who will love you a normal amount? That's not Linde.

Linde brings big-time love in a medium-sized package - around 50 pounds of what can only be described as "lap dog energy." This Terrier/American Pit Bull mix is 2 years old and fully dedicated to being as close to you as physically possible.

Personal space? She's heard of it... but doesn't really believe in it. If you move, she's coming with you. If you sit, she's sitting closer. And if you're having a bad day? She's already there, ready to fix it with kisses.

Linde is house trained and crate trained, and she'll even kennel herself when asked . She knows "come" and is working on other basics, but her real specialties are snuggling, dishing out kisses, and making sure you never feel alone.

She does well with other dogs her size or larger and has been around cats, where she's more curious than anything. She'd likely do well with kids, but can get excited and forget her size now and then, so a home with school-age kiddos or older would be best.

Linde enjoys her walks (she may pull a bit at first, then settles in quickly), but she's not a high-demand dog. A few walks a week + plenty of couch time = perfection. She's an easy, affectionate girl who can fit into a variety of homes, as long as she's getting what she loves most: attention, closeness, and lots of good neck scratches.

If you love the idea of a loyal, loving dog who will happily be your shadow (and occasionally your weighted blanket), look no further than Linde.

Linde is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and current on heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. Her adoption fee is $175. Visit PawsitiveTailsKC.org to fill out your application to meet her! Meet-and-greets will be scheduled with approved adopters.

APPLY @ PawsitiveTailsKC.org
