Despite the change, Lilo has remained the absolute sweetest girl—truly a squishy little sweet potato who just wants love.<br/><br/>Lilo is house trained and does wonderfully with kids and other dogs, making her an easy addition to many types of homes. Her previous owner described her as an “Empath Dog,” and it couldn’t be more fitting. Lilo is incredibly in tune with human emotions and energy, making her a potential perfect emotional support companion. She thrives on connection and responds beautifully to kindness and reassurance.<br/><br/>When Lilo first arrived at the shelter, she was understandably scared and unsure. But it didn’t take long—once she felt the warmth and encouragement from our staff, she came right out of her shell and showed her loving personality.
