Lilly's Story

UPDATE: We have had some questions about Rosie and Lilly. What we now know is the two had some issues between each other in their previous home, which has now carried over to the shelter. We have tried to let them interact, but it has not gone well. We have decided these two would do best apart and in separate homes.

Meet Lilly! 🪷

A 25lb, 2-year-old, Jack Russell Terrier who came to the shelter alongside her housemate, Rosie, after a sudden loss in her family. Because of this, she’s looking for a calm, understanding home with children who are teen age or older, where everyone can move at her pace and let trust build. She’ll need adopters who are patient, kind, and willing to give her the time she needs to feel safe and secure.

In the right home, with steady routines and gentle encouragement, Lilly has the potential to continue blossoming into a loving companion.
