Lilly Ann's Story

Lilly Ann is looking for her forever people. She is an approximately 2-year-old, 46-pound Lab mix. She may have applications in progress, but is currently available.

While we don't know much (or really anything) about Lilly's background, we do know that she loves people and is a very sweet girl who is eager to please. She does seem to be uncomfortable around younger children, so we only recomend her being in a home with older children. Lilly is currently being treated for heartworm, but is not expected to have any long-term health issues. If you're looking for a walking partner, Lilly could be your girl. She loves long walks and sniffing as she goes. She is still working on some of her manners and may jump on people when meeting them or pull on the leash when she's excited. She is both house and crate trained. Lilly has young-Lab like energy and two to three walks a day - especially if one of them is a longer walk - keeps her content and happy. Her foster describes her as a great family dog with a great attitude.

Adoption fee is $375 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, fecal/deworming, vaccines and prevention up to date. Ohio residents only.

STS is a foster-based and volunteer-run rescue. We do not have a physical location or set hours for you to meet dogs, and it does take time to answer each inquiry. All dogs are in foster homes and once an application is approved and a home visit is completed you will be able to schedule meet and greets with available dogs. We encourage interested individuals to get approved prior to searching as it helps expedite the process. A Petfinder inquiry is not a substitute for an application.
