My name is Lillie Bell <br/>I was surrendered with my younger companion, a Chi-Pug mix when my owner became very ill. We wish him well.<br/>We both came in altered. Little Chacco is having a harder time adjusting but the staff is throwing extra attention & love to him and they've kept us housed together to comfort each other.<br/>I'm doing fine so far, the people here are so nice to me & understand we did nothing wrong to be here now homeless.<br/>I put on my best smile & a few accessories so you would notice me.<br/>Did it work?<br/>Because as lovely as it is here I'd rather be by a human's side and off theses hard floors.<br/>You see I'm 9 years old and although I was given a cozy bed I'm thinking at my age I deserve to be sleeping in a human's bed keeping them company and warm!<br/>I'm a delightful charmer, just ask anyone here! I cause no trouble, I sit when they ask me to, I showed them I take treats gently. <br/>They tested me with the other dog & cat residents here & I proved I do well with both.<br/>My gentle, undemanding personality would make me a good candidate for almost any home, including ones with children.<br/>I walk nicely on a leash too.<br/>I'm not sure what breeds I was born with but you can see in my pictures I have a short cute snout almost Boston looking on top of other breed combinations.<br/>My family was responsible & had both of us neutered & spayed before we arrived. <br/>The staff brought us up to date on vaccinations & we're both heartworm negative. <br/>I weigh 60 pounds.<br/>All I'm asking for is for you to take the time to apply for me or come visit me so you can see that I'm a very, very good girl. <br/>Yes I have some white seasoning in my face but I'm healthy and have so many good years ahead of me. <br/>Let's do the future together, you'll be happy you did and I'll show you what makes me your next partner in life!<br/><br/>To apply please go to www.amherstanimalshelter.org/adopt<br/>My adoption fee is $100. fully vetted! with a collar, custom ID tag & adoption toy package.
