Meeting someone new can involve a fair amount of enthusiasm, some questionable decisions about personal space, and a body that has not yet received the memo that it is no longer puppy size. <br/><br/>But underneath the exuberance is a really remarkable dog.<br/><br/>She is smart and learns quickly. She is incredibly food-motivated, which makes it much easier to help her learn that good manners are an excellent life choice. She is working on her leash skills and beginning to understand that the world can still be exciting without charging into every moment like she has just won a game show.<br/><br/>What Lillie needs now is time. Patience. Someone willing to teach the dog she is becoming instead of expecting her to already be there.<br/><br/>Because this girl has all the raw material.<br/><br/>She is social. Funny. Loving.
