Lil bit's Story

Lil Bit is a 2-3 year old Pit mix.
She had a home of her own at one point. Then one day, after 2 yrs, she didn’t. She found herself and her 11, 3 weeks old puppies in a shelter in TN. Scared and confused. ? Why am I here? I thought they loved me? Our hearts hurt for her and our amazing volunteer immediately said she’d take her! ? She welcomed lil bit and her babies on 3/25. Her puppies have since all been adopted and settled into new homes, but not lil bit. She’s still in rescue. Waiting!
She is house and crate trained. In true pittie nature she’s still very enthusiastic about life. She loves kids, but maybe older kids are best as she’s a food hound. She does need slow, proper introductions to new fur friends. No cats. Lil bit’s favorite thing is butt scratch’s!! She gives you a lil booty pop and butt wiggles while you rub. If you’re looking for a fun, loving girl that’s eager to learn (food motivated) Lil bit’s the gal for you!
Applications: www.oarwny.org
Already approved? Email us at oarwny@gmail.com
