Meet Lightning Bug! This precious brindle baby is searching for a family willing to work on building her confidence and social skills. Bug was surrendered to us at the end of August. She's gotten used to the shelter environment and routine, however can still be a bit nervous in new situations. Despite being shut down and unsure when she arrived, she was tolerant of all handling and cares done by our intake staff. She has not been introduced to cats yet - she briefly met the office cat with no negative reaction. She is pretty indifferent around other dogs - she's polite towards them, but hasn't shown a huge interest in play. We think she would do well in a home with another dog that matches her soft energy.
