Licorice

Meet your future best friend, Licorice!

This lively, rambunctious pup is full of curiosity, energy, and puppy fun! While we don’t know who the parents are, one thing we can all agree on is that these pups are likely to grow into big dogs — and they’ll need a home prepared for everything that comes with raising a large, active puppy.

That means keeping them safe and appropriately managed through their mouthy stages of development, while providing plenty of exercise, outdoor time, enrichment, and positive outlets for all that growing-body energy. Continued training will also be important, including leash skills, crate training, potty training, and everyday manners.

These pups are going to need families who are ready to be patient, consistent, and active. With the right structure, training, and plenty of opportunities to explore and burn energy, they have everything they need to grow into wonderful, confident adult dogs.

• Around 3 months old
• Currently 18 lbs. and growing!
• Good with kids, dogs and cats
• Adoption fee: $350

This dog is in foster. Please email dogs@adoptapetfenton.com to schedule an appointment. Include information about your family and pets, what you are looking for in a canine companion, how you plan to exercise and train this dog, and why this specific dog seems like a good fit for your family. We offer same-day adoptions, do not place holds, and work on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure the best fit for both the dog and adopter.

Adoption fees include spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, preventatives, heartworm testing (if age-appropriate), microchip, and dental cleaning if needed. Future veterinary care will be the adopter’s responsibility.
