Licker is an 8–9 month old Border Collie mix with a gentle heart and a seriously lovable personality. He can be a little shy when first meeting new dogs, but once he warms up, he does great and enjoys having furry friends around.<br/>He’s very curious about cats—mostly just watching them with a wagging tail and lots of interest, but no signs of aggression.
