Liberty's Story
Age: 11 months
Size: 52 lbs
Good with: Kids & dogs.

At barely 6 months old, Liberty was found by the side of the road with a broken leg and brought to a high-kill shelter in Texas. She landed on the euthanasia list almost immediately, but we saw the gentle hope in her eyes and couldn’t let her down.

After a few months of physical therapy, Liberty is fully healed and ready to find her forever home in the Northeast. She’s the Queen of Blep, a joyful, exuberant dog who loves to be in the thick of things. She never tires of meeting new friends and loves to hang out at cafes and run errands with her foster parents. She’s very fond of children and is an oasis of calm even when they’re rowdy. She loves other dogs and is an A++ student at her doggy daycare.

Liberty is fostered in Brooklyn, NY, and is available for local or out-of-state adoption as long as the adopter can travel to meet her.
