She is a lot of girl, with a deep animated voice, and she is active on the leash (her walking friends are helping her with leash manners and also think she may enjoy a fenced yard as much as her walks). Miss LIB loves people and treats, and has the happy Lab-type wiggle where her whole body dances with excitement.
