Meet Sweet Liam! Liam is a gentle soul who is at his absolute best when he has a four-legged friend by his side. Currently in a foster-to-adopt home, we’ve realized that while he is a total sweetheart, he truly needs a resident canine companion to help him feel confident and "come out of his shell." The Highlights: The Perfect Socialite: Outstanding with every dog and cat he meets! He’s a regular at the Wag Bar and a pro on hikes at Biltmore. Personality: Extremely docile, patient, and sweet. He has zero aggression and is wonderful with children. Skills: Excellent on a leash, enjoys car rides, and already knows "sit." Play & Rest: He loves a good play session with other dogs but is equally happy spending hours snoozing on the couch for a snuggle session. Liam’s Wishlist: A Confident Buddy: He needs a home with at least one other young, confident dog to show him the ropes. A Yard: A fenced, grassy yard where he can zoom and play with his new best friend. A Loving Family: Someone who wants a gentle companion to settle in for a lifetime of love. Pet Tender Angels Rescue and Rehabilition's Adoption Policy

We require an application or phone interview(if you can not get on a computer) before making an appointment to come visit the shelter. The application does not obligate you to anything but gives us a little better information as to what would be a good match for you and provides us with contact information in the event of a change to appointment. Once you have met the dog and want to pursue...we will do a wellness visit with the dog at our vet and schedule a homevisit where we will bring the dog to your home to meet any other pets in the home and to see how the dog does in your environment to give you better insite into what you will be working with. If the homevisit goes well, the adoption is finalized.
