At this time, small children can be a bit overwhelming for her, and she may choose to hide, but with decompression time and patience, her confidence is expected to grow. Levie is currently working on housetraining and making progress. She would do best in a calm, understanding home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace. Ruff Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

Ruff Dog Rescue FIRST requires a submitted adoption application; Vet reference required. We will then schedule a meet and greet with the requested pet. A home visit will be conducted prior to finalizing an adoption. Visit our website at to submit an application to foster or adopt. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, heartworm tested, and treated if necessary. ADOPTION FEES: $475 - Puppies & Small Dogs Under 25 pounds/purebreds big & small $375 - Mix Bred Adult Dogs over 1 year $275 - Dogs over 10 years & special needs LIMITED out of state adoptions, additional fees will apply.
