Leon's Story

I’m Leon and I can’t wait to meet you! I am a corgi mix, short legged little man ( 32 pounds) looking for love. The vet thinks I’m around 4 years old. My foster mom rescued me from a tiny kill shelter in Louisiana a few months ago and I can’t wait to find my new family. I was neutered and I’ve been through heartworm treatment so I’m ready to go! I’m a playful little guy that loves attention. I ride well in a vehicle and I love to go exploring. My foster mom thinks I would do better in a home with adults and as an only pet, since I don’t like to share much. I’m doing well at house training and sleeping in a crate. I can’t wait to meet you!

Apply Today:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScTORoCzcVe8_f4NnKCiQIGyVDOFXX108Oyt3T-U_rIfaxj0g/viewform

Adoption cost $620w. Available for a Meeting confirms the dog is in a NE Foster home and available for a meeting in the city state provided. Most times our dogs get adopted before a foster home becomes available - and if so, they go straight to the adopters home. Foster parents talk to adopters and feel confident that this will be a match before our dogs are transported up. Also if by some chance it is not a match we have a safety net in place as we ask that adopters to let us know that it is not a match and we direct you to take the dog to a foster home or boarding kennel once that is arranged. If necessary, we will ask you to foster the dog until a foster home can be arranged.
