Leo's Story

Meet adoptable Leo! The most stunning shepherd mix you'll ever meet!

Leo was rescued from euthanasia list at Moreno Valley Shelter along with another dog, and has been thriving ever since! Poor guy has been waiting over 6 months in foster and hasn't had any adoption interest :( But he's suuuuch a friendly goofball with all people, anyone who meets him falls in love! He's also good with other dogs, although he likes to be a sheriff during play. He gets along best with females but has been fostered with smaller males and has done great, too!

Leo is a big boy weighing at about 80lbs. He's crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on a prong (he would need an adopter that knows how to use one/is willing to learn). His funniest quirks are that he loves to rub on bushes and on people's legs like a big kitty, and he howls when the fire truck drives past! He also loves to give paw and knows plenty tricks (down, sit, place, etc.).

To meet Leo, please fill out our adoption interest form via petfinder or our website!
