Five-year-old Leo is very sweet and affectionate even though he’s a big boy of 81 pounds! <br/><br/>Since Leo is an alert, loyal and smart dog, he’s going to need an equally devoted brainiac who loves and understands his working breed nature. Leo likes being challenged, whether it’s through games and puzzles or a good run or hike. <br/><br/>Though active, he appreciates even-keeled people and environments. No drama, no chaos, just a life with average days that have balance and routine peppered with amusement and companionship. <br/><br/>German Shepherds typically enjoy a solo pet status. Leo is not a fan of other dogs and therefore needs to be your only pet. He also needs a fairly active adult-only home where weekends are more about doing things than watching TV. <br/><br/>Leo loves attention and being part of adventures.
