Leo's Story

Leo’s story starts way up in Northern Manitoba, where he and his eight siblings stuck close to their mom while they waited for their chance at something better. Thankfully, that chance came—and Leo has been making the very most of it ever since.
Leo carries himself with confidence, curiosity, and just a tinybit of “watch me do it first” energy. He’s always ready to wander over, say hello, and make sure he’s included in whatever’s going on. If life is happening, Leo would like a front-row seat (and maybe a starring role too).
Born mid March, Leo is already settling into the good life. He’s learning commands like “sit,” is happy to curl up in his crate for a recharge, and is starting to walk nicely on a leash—taking in all the sights like it’s his own personal parade. He’s incredibly social, does great with other dogs, and has been wonderful with cats too. Basically, Leo is the kind of pup who makes himself at home wherever he goes.
True to form, Leo doesn’t like to miss a thing. Morning coffee? He’s there. Folding laundry? He’s supervising. Quiet time on the couch? He’ll happily join. He’s equal parts playful sidekick and affectionate little shadow.
Leo will grow into a medium to large-sized dog, bringing with him big love, big loyalty, and just the right amount of goofy charm. He’s looking for a family who will keep teaching him, include him in their everyday adventures, and appreciate a puppy who’s all in on life.
After everything he’s been through, Leo isn’t just looking for a home—he’s looking for his people. The ones who will laugh with him, grow with him, and never mind that he insists on being part of everything.

Meet and Greets will be held in the Port Perry, Ontario region. His neuter will be covered by the rescue at our preferred vet at approximately 6 months of age. Adoption fee is $900.

If you are interested in learning more about Leo, send us a message or fill out the application form below:

https://form.jotform.com/201853389773265
