Hello, my name is Leishka and I am a beautiful husky who was born on Christmas day 2023. I can be shy when you first meet me but once I get comfortable with you, I’ll approach you for pets. Once I get over my shyness, I am treat motivated which will make training a breeze. Cuddling, belly rubs and pets are some of my favorite things! Toys are not my thing, I’m not sure what to do with them, maybe you can help me learn to love toys? I do love to chew bones though.<br/><br/>I love to hang out with my foster parents especially when they are watching TV because I get to be a lap dog and get pets and belly rubs. My foster home has 7 other dogs and I like them all! I am gentle and love to play with other dogs. Initially I’ll act aloof when I meet new dogs and after hanging out together for a bit, I love to play!<br/><br/>My foster family also has a furry animal called “a cat”. I’ve tried to play with her, which was met with sharp claws! The cat does let me sniff her and sometimes she rubs up against me, then I know it’s okay to sniff and give her a little attention.
