We recently pulled her from a high kill Central Valley Shelter. With the help of a volunteer pilot she was able to be flown up to us just days before she was set to be killed. The shelter aged Leigh at approximately 2 years old and weighs about 47lbs but were working on getting her weight up just a bit. Leigh is currently in a multi-dog foster home and is adjusting well. She plays extremely well with the 6lb puppy! There are also 2 young children in the home and she adores them so she would be do well in a home with other respectful children. Leigh met the neighbors cat and just sniffed her and walked away. Her foster has said theres nothing negative to report. Leigh is a very easy going dog, house trained, now dog door trained, walks well on a leash. She just loves her people and once acclimated with the other dogs her personality has really blossomed!

Leigh is now spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. She is scheduled for one more Lepto vaccine and a heartworm test. She was also groomed shortly after arriving.

We feel that Leigh would be a great addition to pretty much any family.
