Hi! My name is Lee Lu and I’m a 6-year-old, 62 lb female Catahoula Leopard mix with a heart as soft as all the pillows I love to nap on. I’m a sweet, snuggly girl who absolutely lives for anything cozy — couches, blankets, sunshine… if it’s warm and comfy, I’m your girl! I’m dog friendly, gentle, and occasionally get a burst of playful energy that makes my foster mom laugh. I adore being petted and will give the sweetest little paw nudge if I’d like some attention or want to invite a pup friend to play. I’m also a big fan of toys and will happily accept any tasty treat you offer! I’m wonderful with all animals — dogs, cats, and even bunnies. I walk beautifully on leash and I’m fully potty trained. I haven’t needed a crate in my foster home because I’m such a well-mannered lady when left out. I don’t chew, I don’t make messes… I just snooze like the angel I am. Best of all? I adore kids and would make such a loving, gentle companion for a family looking for a calm, cuddly, easygoing pup. Transport costs are included in the adoption fees. We also have our fosters video chat with potential adopters prior to adoption so that the adopter gets to see the animals and ensure it’s a fit. We allow adoption fees to be paid via goods and services if desired to give our adopters extra security and protection.

Ruff Road Revival's Adoption Policy

The first step to the adoption process is filling out our adoption application online. We then do a vet check and check character reference, followed up by reaching out to the potential adopter to answer any questions they may have. If they are still interested at that point, we have the foster reach out to them so that they can get a better feel for if it is the right fit both for the adopter and for the animal. This also gives the potential adopter a chance to either set up a meet and greet with the animal if they are local or video chat with the animal to see their personality if they are out of state. If they are local, the next step would be a meet and greet and if that goes well, they would sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee and take the animal home. If they are out of state and decide to move forward with adoption, they will then sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. We will schedule the transport and send all information to the potential adopter. The animal will receive a health certificate prior to transport and the adopter will be added to a group chat during the transport process.
