Meet Lealand ... <br/><br/>For most of her five years, Lealand survived life as a stray... Scared, uncertain, and learning to stay hidden from the world around her. Everything changed when she was found outside the home of one of our Animal Care Technicians alongside her six superhero puppies. Afraid and vulnerable, Lealand still found the courage to trust the person trying to help her, and because of that, she and her babies were brought safely into our care.<br/><br/>Now all of her superhero pups have found homes... and it’s finally Lealand’s turn. Once she feels safe, Lealand’s beautiful personality begins to shine. She has the sweetest smile, a loving heart, and gets along wonderfully with cats, dogs, and kids. She truly wants love, she just needs someone patient enough to show her that humans can be kind. <br/><br/>Lealand would thrive in a calm, understanding home willing to give her time, grace, and reassurance as she continues learning that she’s safe now. Watching this girl open up is something truly special, and we know the right family will see just how worth it she is.<br/>After spending so much of her life surviving, Lealand deserves a home where she can finally just live, be loved, safe, and happy.
