She already knows the house rules, and she still has that fun puppy side: she enjoys toys, is playful with other dogs, and doesn’t pay any attention to the cats in her foster home. She can be a little shy at first in a new place and may need a few days to settle in and feel comfortable. We think a suburban home would be the best fit for her, since she doesn’t have experience living in the city.<br/><br/>Layla is very smart, picks things up quickly, and will be very attached and loyal to her person.<br/><br/>Layla is a rescue dog from Georgia (the country). She was found with her mom and brother when the puppies were about a month old. We believe their mom was once someone’s pet, was not spayed, and was abandoned after having puppies. Her mom was adopted in NJ a few months ago and is now very loved in her new home.
