He enjoys running and playing in the yard. True to his breed, he has an intensely high prey drive. We found that Latte became OBSESSIVE when playing with toys, especially those that squeaked. He was hyper focused on these toys resulting in neurotic behavior and over excitement. Without squeaky toys to trigger his natural instincts, he’s a completely different dog... sweet, mellow, and affectionate. He loves to curl up in a lap or snooze in front of the fireplace.<br/><br/>He does well with kids and other dogs. His best fit would be with an active family with or without a resident dog.<br/><br/>He is crate trained and knows basic commands. He is mostly housebroken and will need continued consistency and reinforcement.<br/><br/>He is a flight risk; a home with a solidly fenced yard is required.<br/><br/>He is neutered, chipped, and up-to-date on vaccines and preventive medications for heartworm and fleas.
