Lassie and CiCi are ready for their new homes and are fabulous girls! Our human family, like many others in this economy, had financial difficulties and lost their home. As a result, we were taken to the pound in Part Lavaca, Texas. Like all pounds, this one was way over-crowded too. If we did not get out of there soon, we were doomed. A nice lady took pictures of us and sent them around to various rescue groups begging for us to be saved. It was our lucky day, as Paws4Rescue and friends stepped up to save us! We are beautiful and sweet sisters. We are Golden Retriever / Lab mixes. (In the group shot, Lassie on left, CiCi on right). We are 9 months old and weigh approx 50 pounds each and appear to me almost full-grown, but may fill out a little. We are crate-trained and house-trained. We have received all of our vaccinations, and been spayed and micro-chipped. Won’t you consider making us a part of your family? We can be separated if necessary, but we would LOVE to stay together if possible!
