Lars's Story

Lars is one of our adorable young pups with a big future ahead of him! We suspect he may be a Labrador and St. Bernard mix, so he has the potential to grow into a very large boy. Like any puppy, Lars is curious, playful, and learning new things every day. He is currently working on his leash skills and will need a family committed to continuing his training as he grows. Lars would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard and older children. If you have the time, patience, and love to help a puppy learn and grow, Lars might just be the perfect addition to your family! We'll share more about this sweet boy as we get to know him better. Could Lars be the big bundle of love you've been looking for? DOB 3-22-26 44 pounds and growing! I'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adopt Pet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. We are a limited admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities. We also take in owner surrenders as space allows. Pet Refuge is a volunteer based shelter, learn more about us on our website - petrefuge.com or send an email to webmaster@petrefuge.com or leave a message at 574-231-1122. We are always recruiting new volunteers. Our volunteers work hard and also have family and jobs away from Pet Refuge, we ask for your patience in correspondence.
