My name is Lance and I am one of the sweetest neos you will ever meet. My foster mom said I am goofy because I am still a puppy and love to play, I love kisses and sleeping on my big fluffy doggy bed and just spending my time with my people. I love to play with other dogs and I am not sure about cats, but they sound like they would be fun to chase.
