She is very energetic and thrives with an active family who enjoys staying busy, going on walks, playing outside, or finding new adventures together. Lana isn’t the type of dog who wants to watch life happen — she wants to be in the middle of it.<br/><br/>This girl loves being connected to her people. Lana would happily go wherever you go because being included is what makes her happiest. Whether it’s outdoor exploration, neighborhood walks, or just hanging out doing daily life things, Lana wants to experience it beside you.<br/><br/>Lana walks with a confident stride on leash and is still perfecting manners, so continued positive training and consistency will help her shine even more. She is smart, treat-motivated, and eager to learn, which makes teaching her new skills fun and rewarding.<br/><br/>Social and playful, Lana gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing with both soft and hard toys. She loves interactive playtime and activity that keeps her body and mind engaged.<br/><br/>Lana and her brother Ray were rescued from a neglectful situation where they were kept in small garage pens every day. Despite that difficult start, Lana stayed sweet, loving, and full of trust. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own.
