Lamborghini's Story

Lambo gets along well with my dog Raisin. They sleep in the same large crate together and Lambo seems to enjoy the company. He loves to go on long walks each day, and is a perfect gentleman on the leash, walking alongside Raisin and Foster Mom.

Lambo knows quite a few phrases (I talk to the dogs all the time). His favorite phrase is, 'Who's hungry?" 2nd favorite:"who wants a treat?) if I tell him "go to bed" he goes right into his crate, no questions asked.

He gets nervous traveling in the car = carsick. I make sure that I feed him AFTER the car trip.

Lambo is still very skittish and is very reactive to sudden noises and movements. He will need a person experienced with dogs to be his mommy or daddy. I don't believe he would be good in a house with small children. A reliable teenager or adult in the family would be best as his person. This dog would do best in a household where someone is home during the day, and would do poorly left in a crate all day long.

He is not yet trustworthy enough to be allowed to roam the house or yard by himself...he does not yet come when he is called, but allows me to pet him when he's on the leash. Because I can see him at all times in my living room, I keep an eye on when he needs to go outside to potty.

This dog is a lot of fun to have and watch acclimate to being around homo sapiens. I would definitely keep this dog for myself if I did not want to continue fostering other dogs.

Fully vetted and crate trained. Best case scenario for their safety and ease of training is a secure escape proof fenced yard like a privacy fence.

Please apply at www.peanutsplacerescue.org click application scroll down itll appear.
