Lambchop's Story
MEET LAMBCHOP! The new LOWRIDER in town. Lambchop has been at the Yonkers shelter for about two weeks, but it took her a little while to settle in, so this is the first time we're posting about her. She seems very relaxed now and very people friendly. She seems not to bother the dog on the other side of the play yard, but we aren't yet sure if she is dog-friendly or maybe more selective in her dog companions. She is a Lowrider with a very beautiful gray and white coat. She loves her neck scratched, and once she's finished investigating, she enjoys sitting with a volunteer who is happy to accommodate her. We estimate her age to be between two and three, and her weight to be around 45 pounds. When not sitting with her volunteer companion, she likes to roll in the grass and then scratch her back by wiggling back-and-forth as she rolls down the hill.<br/>If you are interested in meeting/adopting or fostering lamb chop, please text Michele Rabinowitz Morello at 914-374-4808
