Meet Lake — our gentle, 86 lb black Lab mix who is as sweet as they come. He’s about 4 years old. This big guy has a calm, loving personality and wants nothing more than to be near his people. He’ll rest his head on your lap and look up at you with the softest eyes — the kind that say “I’m home.” <br/><br/>Lake is a true Gentle Giant, calm, mellow, and easy to have around. He enjoys naps on the living room rug, sleeping on his dog bed at night, and being near his person during the day. He walks great on leash, loves stuffed toys, and will drop the ball when asked during playtime! He can be a little startled by sudden noises (like opening a soda can) or fast movements — but he adjusts with reassurance and trust. He just needs someone patient and loving… which is exactly what he gives back.<br/><br/>Lake is ready for a forever family that will love a loyal, gentle, soulful companion.
