Lainey's Story

Long and lean and lovely, Lainey was found by a good Samaritan whose kindness allowed her to put some healthy weight on her thin frame and become the healthier girl she is today! She lived enthusiastically with kids and a large dog but didn't particularly do well with a smaller dog in the house. Lainey receives bonus points for being kennel-trained which makes things easier in a new home with you! While she will offer a friendly paw with most people, she can be shy at first with men, and slow introductions are always a good policy with anyone new. Lucky Lainey has a knack for finding the right people, so we're sure her choice in permanent humans will be a good one, too! Maybe YOU are the winner of that lottery--come meet Lainey and find out!
