Ladybug's Story

HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED!

Hi humans! I'm Ladybug (but my foster mom calls me Lucy)!

I came all the way from Texas where I unfortunately lost my puppies while pregnant in a shelter. Now I'm here in Colorado looking for my furever home! I'm a little over 3 years old and weigh around 43 pounds — the perfect size for playtime and cuddles.

Let's talk about my favorite things: toys! Balls, ropes, squeakers... if it squeaks or rolls, I'm all in. After a good play session, I love to curl up on the couch next to my people (maybe you have a bone for me?)— I'm a total snuggle bug. Another favorite thing of mine? Car rides! I get so excited to hop in the backseat of my foster mom's car, roll down the windows, and feel the wind in my ears. But my favorite thing? Besides humans, it's probably treats! I would do so well with a little training as I'm very treat motivated.

I get along great with everyone I meet, including kids! You'll know I'm happy all the time, because when my tail wags, my whole butt wiggles! I'm just a happy gal. I'm house-trained, and I have really good crate manners if you need to leave me for a bit. I need slow introductions to other dogs, as I'm a bit fearful of some 4-legged friends and I prefer doggos smaller than me.

My foster family says I'm sweet, smart, and ready to make someone very happy. Could that someone be you? I can't wait to meet my forever family and start our new adventure together! Please don't wait – fill out an application today, and let's embark on our new journey together!

Adoption fee includes the following:

Spay/Neuter
Rabies Vaccination
Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies)
Bordetella
Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration
Deworming
