Everything was new, and boarding was especially overwhelming for me. But guess what? I’ve come such a long way! Once I realized I was surrounded by kind people who wanted to help me, I started settling in and showing everyone what a loving girl I really am.<br/><br/>I’m calm, sweet, easygoing, and a little shy when I’m getting used to something new. Give me some time and patience, and you’ll see my loving personality start to shine. I’m even known to offer a gentle Pyr Paw when I want a little extra love.<br/><br/>I’m friendly with people, strangers, children, and other dogs. In fact, I would probably really enjoy having a friendly dog companion in my new home. Another dog may help give me confidence and show me that everything is going to be okay.<br/><br/>And cats? I was cat tested where I board and was super chill. I didn’t react to the cats at all! Of course, no cat test is ever a 100% guarantee, but everyone thought my reaction was a very good sign.<br/><br/>I’ve reportedly learned quite a few commands, including Sit, Stay, Come, Off, and Down. My previous family described me as a family dog who is friendly, obedient, and easygoing.<br/><br/>I’ve had a lot of change in my life, so I may need a little time to settle into a new home. But I’ve already shown everyone at the rescue how much progress I can make when I’m given patience, kindness, and reassurance.<br/><br/>I’m doing so much better than when I first arrived, but what I really need is a home where I can relax, build my confidence, and experience what it feels like to be part of a family again.<br/><br/>Could you be the foster or forever family who helps me take that next step?<br/><br/>I promise there’s a very sweet Lady waiting to love you.
